Adding Local System Operators (Optional)
You need to define local system operators that can be used by AudioCodes to manage Service provider accounts in conjunction with the ‘Combined Authentication’ Mode to use in the event where the Microsoft Azure server is unavailable.

To add local system operators: |

1.
|
In the Operators screen (System > Administration > Operators), click Add > System Operator. |
|
2.
|
Enter the Operator Name and password. |
|
3.
|
Select one of the following security levels: |
|

|
Admin - permissions to perform actions for all Service Provider tenant accounts such as add new operators. |
|
●
|
Operator -permissions to view and perform actions for all service provider tenant account including adding and deleting entities and managing SBC licenses. |
|
●
|
Monitoring -permissions only to view and monitor managed elements for specific service provider account. |

4.
|
(Optional) Enter the IP addresses from which are valid to login. |
|
5.
|
Select the Advanced tab. |
|
6.
|
Configure password and session parameters as required. |
